- JRJordan RodriguezNov 28, 20251.0Ordered a cake online 4 days in advance, called three times on pickup day for no answer, travelled to the spot only to find out they don’t make their cakes in house, some random bakery they don’t know the name of makes the cakes and delivers them to the store. I asked if it will be delivered on Friday, the day it was supposed to be available, they said no. I asked about the next day they said no. They gave me no further information on how to get my cake that was supposed to be a birthday cake. All they could offer me was a refund. If you’re going to get any custom cakes, do not trust this store or any other Baskin in the Bronx to do so. (I visited another one on Broadway that told me over the phone they make their cakes in store only to find out it was also third party) complete false advertisement and waste of time.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
