  The owner of the establishment is very disgusting and racist! I walked in one morning to feed my sick wife who stayed outside around the corner as she felt faint and needed food!!! As I waited to the side to gather my cards and the order, two other gentlemen were paying for food and waiting! The owner which is a short Hispanic lady said in Spanish which my husband understood, DONT LET THEM HANG OUT IN HERE, as she wiped down à counter i touched only and walked out the establishment yelling at her employee in Spanish! The employee and the customers all looked at her like who is she speaking to we are all buying food and going but we all felt the same energy including the worker! I will never go in there again!!!!!

  The weekend employees are unprofessional, specifically one male and one female w/ glasses wearing a hijab. While placing an order, an employee began mocking a customer because of their order (Matcha) . During this interaction, the employee and another staff member spoke to each other in a different language while laughing, which appeared to be done to conceal their comments from the customer. Their behavior created an uncomfortable and disrespectful environment. Employees should treat all customers with professionalism and respect. Mocking a customer and attempting to hide inappropriate remarks by switching languages is unacceptable.

  The staff is very nice and respectful but they could definitely use extra staff in the morning rush because there is a long wait just for a drink..

  Service is slow, the employees get lost on the orders. One tried to gaslight me into believing that "Milk" is "Protein milk". They move around like they hace no idea where anything is. They got the size of my order wrong 3 times. They filled 4 other orders before anybody remembered mine. Also one employee really wanted to get back on his phone. I'm sorry for interrupting with my order. Update: I went again recently and almost got coffee with my iced coffee order. I won't make that mistake again. I was surprised to find there was in fact liquid and not just top to bottom ice.

  Finally a location that serves great coffee . The staff here make you feel welcomed and make sure you get what you asked for. They work fast too. No complaints from this place @ Bedford park.
