  I've been to many Dunkin Donuts and by far this was a bad experience 👎🏾. I ordered a ice coffee and a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant. The lady that prepares the food didnt even heat the bacon properly she just put it on top of the croissant and toasted it all together its supposed to done separate. When I got the sand with of course the bacon was not done properly and the croissant wasnt even toasted well 🤦🏾‍♂️. To make things worse the ice coffee i got tasted weired I couldn't drink it . I will never go here again .

  HORRIBLE. THE WORST DUNKIN EVER, they are so disrespectful and have no sense in of urgency. They have disgusting egos when you speak to them they never acknowledge you or respond it’s disgusting

  So I’ve been having these kind of issue on regular basis and the only reason I go there is that its close to my work. I usually ignore and get my stuff and leave, but today I had to reach to this portal because of the workers unprofessional attitude and manner and the way she was dealing. I had a coupon for a signature latte for $3 I presented it to her and she rudely ignored and told me it cannot be applied, and when I told her why is that she said no I don’t know so you have to pay full price because you always give us coupon or get free stuff and my boss doesn’t like this( free stuff is from the points I get when I spend money) . When I told her i am spending money and paying full price so what makes you thinking you are doing me a favor, but she kept arguing and tried to disrespect me in front of the other people!!! I kept asking I need to talk to the supervisor but she kept avoiding me and making me pay full price or leave the store!!! Which I did and went to the other Dunkin that was few mins away and guess what they applied the same coupon that I tried using it in the first store. So they are basically stealing money by not applying the coupon or pretending the coupon isn’t valid!!! I don’t understand why isn’t there a person who is reading these reviews or a district manager. Makes me think they don’t care and ignore the Dunkin policy!!! I am attaching the receipt from the other store I purchased my drinks, which clearly shows the difference between the prices. It was supposed to be $10 with the coupon like it shows on the receipt but the first store was charging me $16 for the same product. That’s stealing
