  I order an Iced green tea lemonade everywhere I go.I know what color it looks like when there is no lemonade,so when I asked the woman today if there was any,she said yes and I wasn’t too sure about that.I took a sip and sure enough,it tasted like straight tea.I then asked if I can have some lemonade in the drink.She proceeds to pour out less than a fingernails worth of drink .I stopped her and asked if she can pour out more.She then opens her mouth and says that I am WASTING HER TIME.Im sorry? What time is being wasted at a job you get paid to do. She then dangles all of the mobile order tickets and asks me if I am going to remake those as well.I ask for a refund and she says she doesn’t want to. I asked to remake and she said she doesn’t want to.What i want to know is what do you want to do if you are not making things correctly and following dunkin protocol as you asked another coworker to come on the floor while they are in outside clothes and havent even washed hands to talk about the situation while still ignoring the 7 customers in front of her.

  If I could give this place a zero star I would. Why yall stay lying bout what’s on the menu and what’s not and when I order something that’s ON the menu yall give me something different!!! Just give me what I order like???

  This dunkin sucks. You order something on the menu and then when they dont have the required ingredients, they try to gaslight you and say “it’s discontinued” to hide their own error. I have tried to get the loaded hashbrowns so many times and they keep giving me the chipotle sauce. Today, I tried again because the chipotle hashbrowns aren’t on the menu anymore. So I foolishly thought I would get what i ACTUALLY ordered. Nope, chipotle again. Tried to call the number attached, no answer. Can’t even get a refund because the stupid virtual chatbot is down. If theres an issue, say that! Dont give me something else I dont want and did not order, and then lie about the reason you dont have it.
