  I’ve been coming here since i was like 10 lol. Vicky is always nice but all the staff seem so scared of her and always cheap out on your drink when she’s around. Kept giving them chances on my coffee since i live across.Ice coffee milk and caramel that’s all. Tastes like absolute …. every time. Rare occasion it’s good. Started going out of my way now to get a normal coffee at dunkin on williamsbridge. Me and my ladies are never going again.

  This is one of the worst run Dunkin' Donuts I have ever seen. Today's issue was fairly minor; not enough seats though there was more than enough space. On previous occasions however I've seen people sleeping in there and I was harassed by a gentleman begging at the counter. I asked to speak to a manager but was dismissed. Apparently he's there on a regular basis so they saw no need to take action. I'm done with this location.
