  Workers seem nice na friendly but my drink was mediocre. I ordered a small iced matcha latte with protein milk and 1/3 of the drink was straight foam, (didn’t ask for any add ons or cold foam).

  I order my food online and went into the store once it confirmed it was ready for pickup. I waited a little bit because i know how the online orders be they don’t get them right away or they are dealing with in person orders i get it. But after waiting a few i asked about my order and was told they didn’t get it and that there was nothing they could do. I tried showing them the app order and number to see if they could find it that way or something but they weren’t trying to help me at all and just kept saying “we can’t help you we can’t help you leave”. I feel like that was very rude and the least that could’ve been done since i order on the app was make my order since i clearly paid for it and my card got charged for the order or at least find a way to get me a refund. I know the job can be hard sometimes but there is absolutely no need to come at a customer rudely when they are coming with respect. Now i must call my bank to see if i can get my money back!

  I order from here almost every day. Typically there’s no issues outside of food temperature being off by the time I get it but today I ordered via Uber Eats and as I’m taking my breakfast out the bag. It brought a surprise friend as a treat. They can not say it was the courier because it was in a sealed bag. Had to throw out my entire order.

  The indian punjabi girl on cash counter is very humble. The service is very good. The food also delicious.
