  I order a Medium Ice Matcha Latte with French Vanilla Sweetener, My matcha ice latte tasted like dirty water no flavor, when I ask for more matcha she got upset! Then tells me she forgot to add the French Vanilla sweetener that’s why I was experiencing that taste! Yuck! DONT BUY FROM HERE!!! THEIR ATTITUDE DISGUSTING!!!

  I’m not sure what’s wrong with the employees at this specific dunkin but every time I visit, I’m reminded why I choose to visit the one that further on Castle Hill. No matter how clear you are with your order details they will find a way to change it and when you correct them they WILL try and argue with you. Today I stopped by and ordered a medium iced coffee with 3 milk 2 sugars. As I watched her make it she added 2 pumps of simple syrup instead so I stopped her and reminded her that I asked for sugar not syrup and her response was “No I put this” pointing at the syrup. It was simple so I repeated that I did not want syrup I wanted the powder sugar and she raised her voice at me saying “Well you didn’t say!” I reminded her that I did in fact and pointed out that at this point I’ve said it three times. To make matters worse she dumped the contents in the sink and tried reusing the cup until I demanded her use a fresh cup because 1. You’re NOT supposed to do that and 2. Doing that would leave residue of the syrup plus the sugar. She huffed and puffed as she got me a new cup but I saw her still rinse the old cup and leave it on the counter for the next unsuspecting guest. Rude, unprofessional and also not to standard.

  Honestly the worst dunkin. Today 10/18/25, i got my order wrong by the same boy who still continues to get it wrong every time i go there. He cannot greet, has poor customer service and always has an attitude. Didn’t even give me my receipt to which he claims he did. And when i said he was getting a bad review he immediately popped off and started cursing when he was definitely in the wrong. I don’t know who is hiring these people but they clearly can’t do their job well. This doesn’t just go for him it goes for the other employees as well. They are just a mess in general. Do not get your food from here.
