  1st problem girl in the store alone..trying to.make orders, run station. Went in 3 wednesdays in a row for the $6 banana split promo Each week NO BANANAS NO BANANA ICE CREAM FLAVOR OF THE MONTH NO TOPPINGS TELL ME HOW YOU HAVE A PROMOTION AND NOTHING FOR THE PROMOTION EACH WEEK

  I ordered my food online at 5:48 on your website and door it says you open at 5am I came and you were closed and I had to constantly knock on your door when I could see people in store a caucasian lady with long hair who I’m going to assume is a manager cause she claimed she going to loook at the camera to see what time I came knocking she was soo rude told me we don’t open until 6 a update needs to be made and people shouldn’t be able to order online spending there hard earned money if they can’t get there food or drinks I’m a manager at my store and this is not acceptable at all she made me feel extremely bad just because I wanted to know why are you guys closed when it says your open have to have better customer service

  This location never has anything from the menu!! Every time I order something I hear , “I’m sorry we’re out of bread or eggs or milk or donuts!!” Don’t get me wrong, they employees try their best to replace things but to the district manager, you need to do a better job. You’re no good for the brand. I came in today and they ran down the list of things I ordered and said they didn’t have it ! One lady said “it’s called having a budget” No napkins no trays. And they said we have what we have…are you serious? This isn’t a mom and pop shop, it’s Dunkin Donuts! Do better. You’d never treat customers from midtown like this.

  The donuts I got were kind of stale even though it was the morning. No bathroom. The workers were nice.
