  I hosted a tour for a group of people on Thursday and I had to repeatedly apologize for starting of the tour by bringing them here! This store was horrible! Racially profiled a lot of the people in my tour and acted extremely rude and sassy towards everyone! Can't believe a place like this is still open!

  This is actually a bottom of the barrel dunkin' location jesus christ. If you really want dunkin that badly I HIGHLY suggest going to the one in jerome connected to the BP gas station. Because at least those guys aren't rude and bad-mannered people who have the audacity to blatantly racially profile a group of 3 teenage girls. Me and 2 of my friends walk into the store early in the morning because we want to buy boxes of donuts to give out to our girls softball team since we won last night. We walk in and immediately get side eyed by this one older looking bald guy. We think nothing of it as he's probably just looking at who walked in but we guessed completely wrong as when we get to the front of the line he proceed to completely ignore us and takes everyone else's order while we just look completely dumbfounded as to what just happened. We procced to call him out and he just looks at us for a good minute and states that if you have no money then you shouldn't be here. what.....??? (not even joking thats EXACTLY what he stated) We just walked out after that.

  Okay so we've all had bad experiences at restaurants/fast food places but it has never gotten THIS BAD, to the point where I had to make a review on it. I make a mobile order for an apple fritter, then when I walk into the store to go get it.... dear god, I'm met with mockery, racism, and so many other rude things. When I ask for my order and tell them my name the guy proceeds to tell me "it's not here" and just walks away with out even checking. Then after he sees I'm still standing there because GOD FORBID a customer is right for once, he starts mocking me in such a condescending tone saying "oh its here, its here!" Then another customer walks in and all the guy does is says his name and IMMDEIATLY he makes and hands over his order (for reference ALL I ORDERED WAS AN APPLE FRITTER). So not only does this guy have the audacity to mock me but he just completely ignores me and goes for another customer with out giving me a chance to explain or even show him that I did in fact order from there. But FINALLY comes another lady with at least a little common sense who actually looks at my phone and then finally gives me my order (but of course not without a look of disgust). Literally the only reason this place is still open is because its next to a hospital.
