  My only complaint is that they don’t know how to make an iced or hot cappuccino. They don’t froth the milk. It looks nothing like the picture on the app. But they are quick & service is good.

  Little guy said he couldn’t make my coffee, only the other guy throwing out the trash. Trash guy was busy & took about 20 minutes, so I went behind the counter to make my own iced coffee, all of the sudden, the little guy said he can make it for me & told me to get out. Little guy saw me standing there for 20 mins for no reason 🤦🏻‍♂️

  Worst Dunkin’ Donuts/ Baskin Robbins in the City. Staff does not understand English or read English very well. Without a manager present the employees show their lack of training and understanding of the business they work at. I placed an online order for two drinks via the BR app. Store didn’t have any items that I requested.. the first cashier told me to cancel the order online, a quick Google search, tells you customers CANNOT CANCEL ONLINE ORDERS.. something you think an employee who has been working there for a few months would know. The first cashier calls in another cashier who then ignores the Google search, and continues to state that he doesn’t have the option to cancel the online order and that I should cancel it. I spent another 5 minutes telling the man to read the Google search and then I still had to explain it to him.. After 20 minutes of this back and forth, they finally decided to call the manager. Who then told them to give me a refund since I didn’t want the exchange and customers cannot cancel the order via the app.
