  The manager and store associate needs in service on customer service and hospitality. The store was still showing up as open on google at 819 I pull up to the store expecting to get a small hot chocolate and to use the restroom after completing a longggg shift at work I’m a nurse and an avid Dunkin’ Donuts goers every morning at the dunkin across the road when I’m scheduled for a shift. This experience was the first gross encounter I’ve had with a dunkin and I’ve been to many and friends with many managers. First, the lobby was closed with no- as I tried to get the attention of the people inside they blatantly ignored me. When someone finally glanced my way after 5 mins. They refused to even come to the door- On the first very cold night in New York City. Then as I mouth to them I want to make a purchase the manager said mouthed something - his associate laughed- then they proceeded to complete the order from the drive through. Completely disgusting. Communication is the key to effective communication. The store is obviously not closed as they are taking drive thru orders. I’m completely aware that each franchise has a different owner however, Dunkin’ should have a more thorough process in screening the employees that they use to represent them and follow the policies of open and closing hours accordingly. All money is valid at Dunkin for the hours listed on google maps. This occurred 11/10/2025 at 819 pm.

  We had reason to be on this side of the Bronx so we stopped by DD for a quick bite, since there were no competitions. Upon entering the store, we noticed how untidy the place looks. The Attendant at the Register, tried his best to be polite, but we couldn't help but notice the flies pitching on the old fashion donuts. I wanted the iced latte, but shuddered to think how disgusting the container with the liquid might be. I opted for a toasted bagel with cream cheese, since the heat from the toaster might kill any germs. Then again I worry about the cream cheese. To add salt to our wounds, a filthy, despicable, mentally unfit human person walked in, and he yawned several yawns,with his mouth agape! I wanted to die. Please avoid this joint, if you can. It is disgusting!! There wasn't any hand sanitizer for patrons. Awful location. There should be a letter C in the window, not an A.

  4.00 pm of the afternoon. The front was locked, only drive thru was open. I walked to the drive-thru window. I was asked, where is my car? They don't serve anyone coming to the window without car. That's weird. Then why your front door is close man?
