I placed an order for delivery. It came hot, fresh and quickly. I will be ordering from here again.

I don’t usually leave negative feedback, but the experience I had at the dominos located at 220 East 161st Street on April 4th was completely unacceptable. I was at this location between 8:40 PM and 9:10 PM and ordered a "Mix & Match" deal. After I paid, the employee who took my order simply walked off without giving me a receipt or any indication of how I’d know when my food was ready. I wasn't the only one; there was another group waiting who were just as confused. After about 15 minutes, a woman who appeared to be the manager called out a number. When I went to check on my order and explained that I was never given a number or a ticket, she immediately became argumentative. To make matters worse, the original cashier jumped in to insist she had given me a ticket, even though she clearly remembered what I had ordered. I was baffled. Why would I claim I didn't have a ticket if I did? The person who ordered right after me didn't receive a ticket either. Having worked in the food industry for over ten years, I found the total lack of basic customer service and the choice to argue with a customer over a simple procedural error to be shocking. I’m not looking for a refund or for anyone to lose their job, but the staff at this location seriously need to be retrained on the fundamentals of communication and professionalism. This was by far my worst experience at a Domino's.

I was excited that this location was so clean and there was no line when I went in. However, there were no prices on any menu. I asked the person at the counter and she abruptly asked "well what do you want to know the price of?". I answered her "Everything. There are no prices on any of the menus." I was not rude when I said this. I asked her how much was a small personal pizza. She told me it was $10.98. Fine. The 1 person who had been waiting for his food when I came in, got his food and left while I was waiting. He came back saying he asked if there was a charge for sauce. She said no and charged $1.50 for one sauce. This all happened as I sat and watched the manager (or supervisor, because her shirt was different from her coworker) eating Doritos. After handing the man another sauce, she politely turned around and resumed eating her chips. She then turned, took my pizza out of the oven, cut it, and put it in a box. I walked to the counter and told her to give me my money back. You have a nasty attitude and you're eating blatantly in full view of the customers, putting food into your mouth and then you move to touch my food? There have to be more quality employees at Domino's. Clear health code violation! I should have gotten a clue since it was empty. I went to Kennedy'a few blocks away. Got food in 5 minutes. The guy was polite and wasn't nasty to any of the 7 other customers in there. **I am just seeing the large amount of 1 Star reviews. When is the owner going to step in???

They called me when they got outside and insisted I come downstairs to get my order with 3 small kids in 20 degree weather because he can’t come upstairs, with no real reason. Then just cancelled my order. So now I have to reorder food from somewhere else after having to wait 30 plus mins. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service.
