  Ordered 2 pizzas at 11:10am. It took two hours to come. The store doesn’t even answer the phone and when they answer they tell you “they’ll check” and they leave you on hold and hang up on you.

  So I ordered pizza at 9:30 didn’t get my pizza till 12 o’clock and then top of that. The pizza was so cold so you know what I did. I went to the store and make them give me fresh pizza never again where I ordered from them we all need to get together and report them. The pizza is always cold. They never on time and they give you attitude.

  I called the lady asking whether or not they open and she said yes while I’m standing in front of the door with the lights off and the door closed 🤦🏾‍♂️

  "This experience has made me pass on this company's business for the foreseeable future and if you want good comfort food with no stress then you won't do business here either." This was the WORST service I've ever received with any restaurant. I ordered a delivery and watched patiently as the driver took longer and longer to deliver my order. 10 mins over, then 20, 30, and 40. I was frustrated but understanding that sometimes traffic is heavy. But what finally did me in was seeing the driver's car stop blocks away from my house on the side of the road. I went downstairs, expecting him to turn the corner soon, but he never did. The phone never rang. And yet when I looked on the app, the order said "Mmm, thank you for your order and enjoy your food." I naturally called the restaurant to inquire and was met with a rude cashier that asked if I wanted to have him send another pizza. I told him that I would prefer to receive the pizza I ordered and not wait another 2 hourls for a pizza delivery. That's when his attitude showed. He said to me, "Then just cancel." While I was boiling because I realized I was being played, I was told to " not talk too much," and to order again or ask for a refund. It's one thing to be met with attitude when you are being a difficult customer. But to be told that when you are a victim of an obvious scam these workers are using to get a free meal is disgusting. The driver never came down my block let alone my door and I was told that he called my phone and I didn't answer, so he didn't come. Show me where it says that you don't ring doorbells in writing, Domino's. This experience has made me pass on this company's business for the foreseeable future and if you want good comfort food with no stress then you won't do business here either.
