The place was filthy food on counters floor was wet it was so nasty and in front of the entrance there was throw up like what!!!!!! Appearance is everything and it did not look good. I cant imagine what it looks like in the kitchen. 🤢

The ramped door appears to be the accessible entrance, but it is always locked and marked “exit only.” I had to stand outside waiting while employees did nothing. I was told it’s still wheelchair-accessible even though customers can’t enter independently, which makes no sense and defeats the purpose of accessibility. Requiring people to wait outside or rely on staff for entry is not proper accessibility and may not be compliant. After finally getting inside, the food was scraped down and not fresh. Poor service and poor accessibility awareness at this location.
