  I just had a very poor experience at this location. I was the first one in line and there were 5 people behind me. I told the guy behind the counter, "Hi, I would like to have a regular size guacamole and chips, and that would be it". He didn't say anything. Then, he continued taking the orders of the group behind me ignoring my order totally. A lady came to help him with the 5 people order from the group behind and he told her about my order. I was like that's cool he remembered. Then she ignored my order and kept working on the other orders... Then finally when I saw these people started taking orders from newly coming customer and I was without my order waiting for just a side of guac, I broke my silence and asked about my guac order then the lady "Claimed that it was ready sitting on the counter" I didn't see that. Even if it was sitting like she claims, I can't reach behind your counter and get my order because I need to pay... Oh boy. Did I just say the word "pay"... Let me tell you guys, they have probably the least competent cashier EVER. she doesn't know math. I gave her cash and she took forever to return the change. I had to help her counting. Everything is written for you on the monitor. But wait... It doesn't end😂... I grabbed my guac and I was about to start eating it.. half way through... I pulled a long freaking hair🤦🏻‍♂️.. then I realized... They are not just RUDE but nasty mad dirty too! AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS PLACE!

  During my visit most tables weren't clean and the food portions were small. The smallest burrito I've ever gotten from Chipotle was from this location.

  Great experience overall! The food was delicious, but what really stood out Arianny. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome from start to finish. Her positive attitude and excellent service truly elevated our meal. We’ll definitely be coming back!

  Catering for 20 people was shorted multiple items and going thru corporate ate into our event lunch, without resolution to rectify the matter. Meat portions were incorrect, ard shell tortillas were not correct and the soft shells. Then to go back to get more was faced with MAJOR attitude. Was told by corporate they allow one taco per person in catering and 4oz of meat per person. Dude !! We paid for luch for 20 @ $500.00. Extremely disappointed and will NEVER order Chipolte again !!
