  If it weren’t for Jennifer and the shift leader, this would have been a zero-star review. When I arrived, I ordered the new Jalapeño Ranch sandwich. I asked the cashier, “A” who already seemed to have an attitude before I even approached if the sandwich came with bacon, and requested that it be removed. I had ordered this sandwich before, so I knew it typically includes bacon. However, he insisted that it did not. When I received my order, it did, in fact, have bacon on it. I brought it to Jennifer’s attention, and she, along with the shift leader, handled the situation professionally. They apologized and quickly replaced my sandwich. Thank you, Jennifer, for your excellent customer service it really made a difference. ❤️

  I’ve been trying to give management a chance to reach out to me but they haven’t. I reached out to corporate weeks ago about an interaction I had with two staff members after placing a mobile order. I placed the mobile order when I was on Webster and Fordham in morning traffic. By the time I got to the store and parked outside in a no parking zone I expected the food to be ready. I walked in and stood at the mobile order counter. No one acknowledged me. There was only one customer at the register. But there was a bagger and another member of staff stocking. I walked over to the counter when the other customer got her food before me and asked “who is bagging mobile orders. I’ve been waiting a while”. I worked at CFA for years so I know that orders shouldn’t get to red, especially in an empty store. She looks at me and says “it’s only been 4 minutes”. I told her 4 minutes and a red screen is too long for CFA. The one that was stocking begins bagging my food and she goes to “place” sauce in the bag and they’re both laughing and talking about me with their backs turned. I took my food and walked out. I will be calling corporate again. This behavior was unacceptable and not CFA standards.

  "The Chick-fil-A in Fordham is not ready. I don't care what anyone says; I dislike this 'bootlegged' Chick-fil-A. The one in the city (like on 82nd Street) tastes way better. The fries, nuggets, and cookies-and-cream milkshake are completely different from the Bronx/Fordham location. I was not satisfied with what I got. The nuggets looked like they had been chewed up, the fries were not crisp, and the milkshake just looked like plain vanilla. If you think I’m lying, go to the city and see the difference. If you think this Fordham spot is good, I’ll buy you a meal there to prove me wrong. The service is terrible too; they don't greet you and act like McDonald's employees, whereas the city location is actually polite."

  Lovely service. Employee always are pleasant friendly and helpful. Brenda is a gem. Nice to have a clean chick-fil-a on fordham. There's also paid details officers which is reassuring. Food good, Service great... restaurant clean and safe.

  Everything is terrible from the food to the workers to the managers. The lady Diandra is so rude I will never stop by here again. Waiting 25 minutes for food…🤨🤨
