  best buffalo wild wings of all time, literally if you have a problem ur tweaking, ive ate at this buffalo wild wings since 2022 and have NEVER had a problem only good stuff has come from this location, much love

  I gave it five stars because the restaurant was clean. The service was good just not a lot of workers. No one greeted us and as we was walking up the steps there was drug needles on the floor and I was with a child who had to be cautious when walking up the steps and down. The food was good not hot or warm enough.But we enjoyed ourselves guess we was so hungry.

  Our server Manuel Venezuela was horrible extremely rude talking at us aggressively truly as a server I’m never the type to call a manager over but I felt the need too he was so nasty for us to reason he rang in my food wrong and took him an hour to bring out our food correctly he made a issue about splitting the bill 4 ways saying we should have told him sooner We wasn’t even looking for anything to be complimentary but we had to let the manager kno cause we are regulars for years needs to be fired in all honesty

  Don’t get me wrong it’s a good spot. The service absolutely sucks. No one is ever at the front to seat you. Refills and food takes 30+ minutes it seems like you guys are always understaff onetime I waited an hour for my food hire more people it’s a big spot or get the workers to lock in.

  I recently dined at this establishment and, overall, I could see that the staff was overwhelmed and likely understaffed. Despite this, most of the team appeared to be doing their best to keep up with service and ensure customers received their meals. However, my complaint is specifically about a staff member named Barbara. Her attitude toward customers was extremely unprofessional and inappropriate for someone working in customer service. When a mistake or miscommunication happens, customers should receive a simple apology and a solution to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, that was not the approach taken. To the manager’s credit, they did attempt to rectify the situation. However, later in the evening Barbara began rearranging tables near where my family member and I were seated. She repeatedly slammed tables together just inches from us while we were still dining, which felt unnecessary and very disrespectful. This experience left me feeling disappointed and uncomfortable. I understand that restaurants can be busy and stressful environments, but professionalism and basic courtesy toward customers should always remain a priority.
