- HRHeather Renke5 days ago5.0I was at Wendy’s in Brockport late at night (after 11pm) after spending 5 hours in the hospital supporting a friend. The staff was so kind and offered my dog a pup cup without me even asking! Because of my fatigue, I didn’t realize they did in fact give me all my food when I thought I was missing an item. I called and they were so sweet and understanding and as soon as I returned they had it ready. To my horror, I already had the item, I just didn’t realize it! I thought I only had the one bag but there were 2. I felt so bad and called the store to immediately apologize and the staff continued to be understanding and empathetic and assured me that it was ok and that they trusted I wasn’t just trying to get something for free. The interaction was so positive and sweet. I couldn’t be more appreciative of the staff working. Thank you so much for being understanding and kind!

You guys act like your meals are well priced, your the most expensive and the worst at accuracy. Go to kfc across the street, or bill greys or Taco Bell. You probably didn't have enough single burgers for the missing double and sent me on my way so your times in drive through are better. 2/20/26 at 610 ish. 1 spicy chicken mean, one double meal. Two plain singles it's not hard. You also have McDonald's and subway and Burger King. Oh don't forget chic fil a. Literally anywhere else will give you better service and not rip you off constantly, all less than a mile.
