    Poor managers running this place. Waited for 20 minutes and watched people order after me and get their food. When I did speak to the manager he brushed it off and said it's our system and we can't do anything.

    The best Taco Bell I've ever been to! Judge all you want about my affinity for inauthentic Mexican-Americanish fare, but this place has the best fast food and drive thru service in Brockport.

However, there have been times when my order has been messed up, and the quality of food can vary depending on who’s preparing it; I've received crusty, old refried beans in my bean burrito and burritos with cheese that isn’t even melted, which is disappointing. Overall, I love the food here, but the customer service and food consistency could use improvement—it's clear when staff are doing a great job, so I suggest giving raises to those who consistently get it right to help elevate the experience for everyone.

    Being around a college town, this place is popular and busy. When I got home, a few times during the dinner shift, they did not get the order right. Wise to have them recheck. One morning I ordered breakfast. The bright spot is Wendy. A lady that is pleasant and customer focused. I was so impressed that I asked for her Manager to give her kudos. He said Wendy has been with them a while and has received many praises from customers. I think she only works the mornings shift.
