I pulled up I saw somebody else already waiting in the please wait here zone after you're told your food's not ready. So I pull up to the window I'm immediately asked if I could pull up so they could save their times. I said no. There was no room to move up. They asked me to go into a parking spot and they would bring my food out to me. I told them no I'm not moving up I'm waiting here. I'm not moving up anymore this is ridiculous. So the lady comes back to the window with a refund for me and told me to leave. Since when is it okay for you to make people pull up and wait for your drive-thru times? That's not okay. You are lying about your try through times. Every time I go to that McDonald's I have to pull up and wait. Check out the receipt for the refund.
