Despite me placing my pick up for the Batavia location, it switched over to Brockport at the end of the order. I didnt notice it until I made it to the batavia location and my food wasnt ready. I called Brockport location because im local and this is where the order went instead. I explained to the cx service rep what happened, making sure to not sound rude because it was a mistake that wasnt their fault. I explained i needed the order canceled because I had to reorder at the location In Batavia. Although I had to now repay, I did so knowing that I would be able to get a refund once the order cancelled. Long story short called the store twice and made a personal appearance just for everyone to keep telling me the manager will handle my refund when they got it. That never happened. Now , my order was only $15, bit fifteen of my bucks that can cover another meal . Lost me and my friends as a customer.
