  Drinks are always inconsistent. You can get the same drink every single day and it’ll be different every time. I get a medium iced coffee with 3 butter pecan 1 blueberry 3 cream and 3 liquid sugars and one day it’ll taste amazing and be perfect the next day it’ll be either look and taste like creek water or only be milk with no flavour or coffee. It’s disappointing because it’s literally a coffee place and they can’t make coffee correctly.

  I was ready to give a bad review because of a weird exchange at the drive-thru, just new person issue and, but I ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant hash browns and an orange juice The croissant was probably the best one I've ever had at any Duncan anywhere!! See a lot of bed reviews, trust me, I'm picky, the bacon egg and cheese croissant was really freaking good!! Thank you

  I planned well in advance via the Dunkin app, and still had to wait to be served my cold bacon & cheddar omelet bites, & hash browns. Not the best service 😡

  Pre ordered a coffee and during my wait the tall man with the red beard spent his whole time complaining. He made a rude comment to a customer who said she didn’t have time to order and wait that ‘maybe she should learn to show up sooner and it’s not his problem’. He walked around swearing under his breath had a horrible attitude my entire time waiting in the store. Instead of solving his problem and replacing what he had lost (some kind of coffee topping) he just walked around complaining about it until another employee named Deb got him a replacement for what he was looking for. I normally have a generally good experience here but one person can really ruin an experience.
