  Pre ordered a coffee and during my wait the tall man with the red beard spent his whole time complaining. He made a rude comment to a customer who said she didn’t have time to order and wait that ‘maybe she should learn to show up sooner and it’s not his problem’. He walked around swearing under his breath had a horrible attitude my entire time waiting in the store. Instead of solving his problem and replacing what he had lost (some kind of coffee topping) he just walked around complaining about it until another employee named Deb got him a replacement for what he was looking for. I normally have a generally good experience here but one person can really ruin an experience.

  This is an avoid at all times location. Wait is very long and food along with service will always be bad.

  The manager Debbie is repeatedly rude to customers and snaps at them, as well as berates and belittled employees on multiple occasions.

  Store manager is miserable, i think her name is debbie. Watching her berate her employees in front of other employees and in front of guests is so unprofessional. Openly talking about how poor someone is doing or someone did, and about firing them if their next shift doesn’t go well is disgusting. If there is a knowledge gap in someone’s training, coach on it and retrain. You can’t just expect new employees to know how to do everything, teach them, don’t yell at them. Your team is a reflection of you, so act as such. Kudos to the employees who work there and put up with that. Employees were very sweet and kind despite being in a stressful situation, however going to be calling corporate about the manager because nobody should treat/talk to their employees like that.

  Nothing better than staring at a sign for five mins and the two cars before you go then you place your order to have to put in five mins later after sitting at the window and paying on the spot 15.96. Then waiting another four mins while they only have two employees running the show at 12 noon. Then I receive my coffee then I waited while the girl that gave took my prefer twice keeps looking back at me like I should have left and never came back to the window now DD now has one less customer that will spend there money else where!
