He made a rude comment to a customer who said she didn’t have time to order and wait that ‘maybe she should learn to show up sooner and it’s not his problem’. He walked around swearing under his breath had a horrible attitude my entire time waiting in the store. Instead of solving his problem and replacing what he had lost (some kind of coffee topping) he just walked around complaining about it until another employee named Deb got him a replacement for what he was looking for. I normally have a generally good experience here but one person can really ruin an experience.
