This young made my drink wrong and was very dismissive. Now I have to find another DD for my morning commute because he works the early morning shift. Horrible
- AAAlana ADec 22, 20251.0I went on 12/22 around 1:28pm to pick up my order. I WATCHED the young Hispanic woman make my dunkalatte with Oat Milk. I WATCHED her pour it with my own eyes. When she put it on the counter, I told her I didn’t ask for oat milk because it comes with coffee milk. She turns to the young Hispanic man and says something to him in Spanish. He then turns to me and tells me it’s coffee milk. I told him it wasn’t, because she just poured oat milk; can they make it order. The girl storms off to go remake the drink she made wrong. I say to the guy, “all she had to do was apologize and remake it”. He says to me “all the extra commentary isn’t needed”. Excuse me? You guys made a mistake and you’re telling me I don’t have a right to be frustrated when you just told me you made my drink the right when even though I was watching? The guy proceeded to argue with me telling me again “the commentary wasn’t needed”. Terrible service, terrible training, and terrible conflict resolution. I come here EVERYDAY and I swear I will never spend another dime at this location. Rude service and incompetent staff.
