- JSJei SamaAug 12, 20252.02nd time they’ve made me late for work. I place a mobile order 10 minutes ahead and i show up ( it’s not busy ) and it’s still not ready for another 10 minutes. Then today when I go in to ask my finance what the hold up is and we’re visibly upset. One of the workers says “Not you guys again”. Very rude and unprofessional on top of making us late for work more than once .

The cashier was also wiping their face then served my munckins. I know it's busy but pay attention. Next time I'll spend more and hit up Grounds.
