Some of the people I know have stopped going in because of this. You never get your coffee the same way twice. I like giving shops a chance but it's getting ridiculous. I am very annoyed. I would give them no stars but the app doesn't let me. Go to another store if you want your coffee done right

Maybe also work on changing their signs in good time or having a notice on the door saying which special drinks are no longer available. Easy place to get coffee though so it works for the most part
