    Drivers never listen to instructions. I was missing a drink and they never brought it to me even though they said on the phone they would. Its not the first time i miss something from this store. They are always so rude as well. I put dont ring on the bell just leave it outside and they just always ring on it and run away into their car and drive away quickly. Worst customer service this location needs HR to go in there and set rules or something.

    Place has been fine when ordering pizza but my last order was through the phone. Never got the pizza called multiple times. Person that answered said that he was on his way but never came. Next time I'm either paying cash up front so if they don't deliver they're out of money or I'll go there and pick it up myself because this is just unacceptable.

    First and last time….. Ordered a large pie with sausage and pepperoni, but received sausage, pepperoni, onions and jalapeño! The pie was not cut at all! I had to do it at home. Plus the wings weren’t even tossed; the sauce was just drizzled on… The word for this is laziness…. Lack of attention to detailed.

    I don’t blame the drivers or workers for a poor job being done, I blame the management team in charge. My instructions on the order are there for a reason and yet it’s barely followed. Treat your workers better and they will do their jobs better than they are. This is a constant issue, management get involved.
