Arrived about 10 minutes after I ordered, waited in the drive thru line, pulled up for my order and was asked for money for my order which I paid for online. I told her this. She rudely asked her coworkers about it then shoved my order at me. No sorry for my mistake. No have a nice day. I open my order and my sandwich is burned to a crisp and the bagel bites freezing cold as if they weren't even cooked. I will NEVER order from this establishment again. Rude staff. Awful food.
