  Around 11 this morning I placed an order for pick up on the uber eats app. I went inside showed this Spanish old lady my order number on the uber app and she said they did not know about it and she just kept yelling to another co worker of hers how she doesn’t know how to check in the system and how there’s no manager around to help figure it out so she walked away. Another worker a young lady who was nice and trying to help was trying to figure out but it upset me how I would get charged twice which is why I decided to just walk out. I was extremely frustrated that no one knew how to check an online pick up order. I was charged close to 13 dollars for this order that I did not receive.

  I was arriving at the drive-thru and ordered two Dave’s Doubles with meals, including an extra large fries. When I pulled up to the window, I paid and went to the second window, but they gave me only one meal and an extra fry. I told them I had ordered two meals, but they said that’s not what the order shows. I called and asked for the manager, who understood. Then a guy Jefferson or Edgar got on the phone. His tone sounded agitated, and he said he would ask me if I ordered one or two Dave’s Doubles. I replied that I ordered two meals, and he said he would ask me through the window but I "drove off" , “You didn’t ask me, and if you did, you could’ve just opened the window to check.” Instead, he gave me my change and said nothing after. I get it ur stressed. The worst part was the second-window staff. One girl, Hispanic with blonde hair and braces, idk seemed annoyed while I explained that I ordered two meals, not one and she has poor communication skill. I think the other guy understood, but I couldn’t argue with him he seemed genuine so I just said, “It’s fine, thank you,” and drove off. (Manager, if you’re going to hire people, hire those who actually care, not teens who just want to get paid like the girl and get agitated for not doing their job correctly🥀😭🤣) btw everyone go to Hauppauge or deer park atp.
