  I order protein mango refresher and I call who work girl made less ice and she said whatever you order I made but my drink is only made more than protein milk test and not test like good mango I see she made only mango 1/3 cup and more protein milk test very bad I don’t drink and I’m garbage my drink

  I would like to bring to the attention of the store manager the service I received on February 15th at approximately 11:15 PM. I arrived to pick up an order and waited patiently for several minutes. When I noticed it was not being handed to me, I asked about it. I was then informed that the order had already been prepared, but it was not being given to me because the young employee had misplaced the receipt that needed to be attached to the bag. I asked another employee who was present (there were three employees working at the time: a young woman, an older woman, and a young man) about my order. The older woman responded in an aggressive tone and told me not to be impatient, that it could take hours for me to receive my order, and that if I did not want to wait, I could simply cancel it and leave. I asked her why she was yelling at me and told her that she was not my mother. She then walked away and left my order at the pickup area. After waiting an excessive amount of time, the young employee passed by and I politely asked, “Could you please give me my order? It is right there.” However, after witnessing how the other employee treated me, she also began to speak to me in an aggressive manner. This interaction made me feel that I was being treated differently, possibly because I am Hispanic and they assumed I would not speak English or file a complaint. I did not escalate the situation or respond disrespectfully, as I chose to remain calm. However, the behavior of your staff was unprofessional and disrespectful. I strongly encourage you to review your security cameras to observe how customers are being treated. I also took photos of the bag that was given to me without the receipt attached

  I don't understand why, if the customer specifically asks for "little ice," the staff does whatever they want! It's frustrating, because we pay for them to give us what we want! They should focus more on the product and less on appearances!
