Multiple workers stand around and talk while a manager sits in the lobby to do work for some reason. The lobby has dirty tables and the drink machine looks like it hasn't been touched since open in the morning. It is unfortunate how far Wendy's has fallen. Oh and the fries were lukewarm upon recieving my food. Lovely.

Trying to upsell you every dollar they can and at times you have multiple associates trying to talk to you all at the same time to upsell. I also asked for napkins and was told napkins are out in all the bags… no napkins.

Then showed me how to use my coupon from the app in store. Even let me take a few of the black paper straws for my cat (idk why but he loves them. No other straws paper or not, just the Wendy's black paper ones. Plays with them for hours) even though I didn't get any drinks. Fantastic fastfood experience. No notes!
