  Nice location with friendly staff still getting their bearings but receptive to their higher-ups giving direction. Waited for the hype to die down and it was totally empty with exceptional service on a weekday for a late lunch.

  I’ve given this place a few chances. The first time I visited a few weeks ago, and spent over 40 minutes in store waiting for a mobile order. I was told it was still being prepared, after I saw MANY other people walk out before me with their food even though they came in after me. I asked the attendants what the hold up was, and they responded it was because I had ordered a filet meal, whereas the other customers were only ordering nuggets…. OK! I placed a mobile order tonight for drive thru pick up, line wasn’t terrible. I’m missing 2 items from my order, and there’s a hair in my sandwich… do better :(

  1st of all want to say the staff is very friendly but specifically Annie. She greeted us as soon as we came in and just talked to my girlfriend and I because it was our first time here. She then took our order herself and even brought it out to us as well. The hospitality she shown was great and will definitely be here again!

  We stopped in for lunch and the line moved quick enough, but we were disappointed to learn the kids meals don't come with surprises (or maybe they forgot?), I asked for a chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese and I got neither of those things on the sandwich. It was literally just the chicken and 2 pickles on bread. I asked for mac and cheese and was told they were out, then another worker overheard and said no they do actually have it, so I ordered mac and cheese instead of fries, as planned. When we got home I realized they gave me fries instead of mac and cheese after having a full conversation about it...and to top it off we did ask for extra creamer in the small coffee we ordered and we received the coffee just a step above black. It was disappointing all around and we won't be back to this location.

  This is a new location, so hopefully it improves with the feedback, but this is by far the worst Chick-Fil-A drive-thru that has ever existed. The purpose of having mobile orders is to smooth out the process, and yet there is no part of placing a mobile order that increases the speed or efficiency at this restaurant. I waited 30 minutes this morning for my food on a line with ONLY 4 cars, and cars that drove up AFTER me left before me. They did not have biscuits ready by the time the store opened, and so they offered me an alternative of having my sandwich on a muffin instead. Thinking it would be quicker, I agreed. I then waited longer than the time I was told it would take the biscuits to cook. I was excited when I finally got a Chick-Fil-A close to where I live, but right now the service just isn’t convenient.
