My daughter got Oreo ice cream, and when i asked for a medium the male worker said they don’t do cup sizes only scoop amounts. When i asked how big the cup was he became visibly annoyed and began stating scoop amounts. We just went with three scoops with marshmallow topping. The marshmallow was pure liquid. The consistency was water like. My 7 year old tried it and she didn’t like it. Rather than just give us a new one without the literal water like marshmallow topping, he charged another 6 dollars for a new cup and said “You said that’s what she wanted.” Making my daughter feel uncomfortable and put on the spot. Both ice creams had hair in it. Then he just stared at us the whole 5 minutes we sat in there. Extremely unprofessional, and disgusting. If you like liquid marshmallow and hair in your ice cream this is the place to go!

Honestly, I can’t even explain—he put the tiniest dot of ice cream on the spoon. I was literally looking at him like… is this real? 😅 The guy seemed really annoyed and agitated the whole time. Then I asked for almonds on the side and said I’d pay for it, but he tried to charge me $3.45 like it was a whole cup. Not the best experience, but I might go again just for the vibes 😂 I know I should probably go somewhere else… but nope, I’ll try again lol.

To be clear, the younger staff members are excellent: polite, respectful, and a pleasure to interact with. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the older gentleman who seems to be in charge. On several occasions, he has been unnecessarily dismissive, rude, and unprofessional, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere that reflects poorly on the entire establishment. During my most recent visit, I simply requested a large, thick chocolate shake. Rather than accommodating or even attempting to meet a reasonable customer request, he responded with a curt, inflexible explanation and proceeded to deliver exactly what I was hoping to avoid—a thin, overly blended shake with no regard for preference. The interaction felt less like a limitation of the product and more like a deliberate unwillingness to provide even basic customer service. This pattern of behavior is not only frustrating but damaging to the reputation of the brand this location represents. Customer experience is fundamental in hospitality, and consistent disregard for it is unacceptable. At this point, I cannot recommend this location. Unless there is a significant change in attitude and service standards, I would strongly suggest management reevaluate how this business is being run.
