  Ribs were cold, baked potato was dryer than the sahara desert, left hungry and pissed off.

  We had such a great experience due to our waiter Matt. He made a simple dinner a great experience. He had some fantastic recommendations for appetizers/meal. He also gave us some great tips for the leftovers we had. He made us laugh several times and just was overall a great time. We will be dining in again just because of how great he was.

  Never again. I had people in from Florida, I was embarrassed!!! First off it was not busy at all, our server never checked on us, very cold and dismissive. Although my steak was done ok (really rare, came out medium) my friends steak was not done properly, she ordered medium rare and if was really rare. Her granddaughters baked potato was raw, her grandsons steak was almost burnt, he ordered medium well. When we did complain to server she said she'd check on it and be right back, never came back. Everyone's meal was wrong, and it was a horrible dining experience. I used to bring all my family and friends there, this is the second time this happened, I thought the first time was maybe everyone was having a bad day, but twice is unacceptable. I may try coming back in the future to see if it's any better. It's a shame because the McKinley location used to be so good.
