  Very poor experience and definitely the worst I’ve had at any McDonald’s. Went after the Bills game on Dec 28th and the restaurant looked like a disaster. Trash everywhere. Customers waiting 25 minutes plus for their dine-in orders and the staff clearly overwhelmed. My order was first lost in the shuffle, and then incompletely fulfilled. Not sure if McDonald’s has given up on uniforms in the States, but everybody was also just wearing whatever they wanted… hoodies and print shirts didn’t exactly convey that this was a professional operation (and the rest of the experience clearly confirmed that).

  Food was ice cold after waiting 45 minutes. The pies I ordered also had a time sticker from 9am this morning, and they thought to give those to a customer at 11pm. Pretty sure thats a health code violation, that I will be reporting.

  Stopped by yesterday following the Bills’ game. Went drive-thru. Took forever for someone to acknowledge us. We were asked if we were using the app (to collect points, I reckon). I replied that we were not using the app. SILENCE. My window is open, it’s pouring rain, I’m waiting for someone to ask for our order, SILENCE. A few minutes pass and again, a disjointed voice asks if we are collecting points on the app. Again I replied in the negative and anxiously held my breath to see if now we’d be queried as to our food order. Yes, the disjointed voice FINALLY asked us what we wanted. We ordered, more rain poured in, and we waited to pay. The order taker or cash taker had a bit of trouble with something, called for assistance and a lovely young woman came to her rescue, gave us our change, and very pleasantly told us to pull up. We got our food, though not in the Bills Mafia (so called) Box that we ordered. Instead we got a paper sack and a, “Here’s your food.” Most disappointing after a tough, heartbreaking loss on the field, to not get the sought after box. 😭 Alas, my son said the “wait was worth it” as the fries were “so hot” and nuggets very fresh. Kids…

  Worst McDonald's I've ever been to!. from the wait, to the service, to even the fries were Cold after a 30 minute wait... Come on McDonald's, DO BETTER.
