  Restaurant did not provide table service as promised, forcing me to leave two small children at the table, unattended, while I picked up their meal from the counter. Server also called out number incorrectly despite being clearly printed on the label. Restaurant did not provide enough straws and did not have straws or condiments readily available in a place that customers could access.

  I endured an excruciating wait of over 20 minutes at the drive-thru for my food. To make matters worse, the food arrived cold and had a hair in my kids’ chicken nuggets. Despite the long wait, I was met with no apology. I attempted to contact the corporate number using the extension displayed on the window, only to find it out of service. Consequently, I have no intention of returning to this establishment.

  I placed the order on the app. Waited behind 5 cars in the drive thru for 15 minutes. Gave up went inside and saw 6 people waiting for their orders. Went back outside and got back in drive thru line. Waited another 10 minutes. Cancelled order and went across the street to Wendy's. Y'all owe me a refund for my time.

  Dear, McDonald's MGMT I am writing to share my feedback regarding my visit to your restaurant on March 5th, 2026, at approximately 6:20 p.m. I want to specifically commend two employees, Abe and Chris. Both of these gentlemen were incredibly kind to customers and went above and beyond in their service. They even took the time to double-check on me while I was finishing my coffee to ensure I had everything I needed. McDonald's is very lucky to have such outstanding employees, and I wanted to make sure their hard work was recognized. Unfortunately, I also observed that the female staff members working at the same time had a poor attitude and were banging things around, appearing as though they did not want to be at work. I hope this feedback is helpful, and I would like to extend my sincere thanks again to Abe and Chris for their professionalism and kindness. Best regards, Robert Kelley
