  Been coming here off and on for the last 5 months. In the last 3 months, every time I have brought home food from here, anyone who has eaten the food has been violently ill and throwing up multiple times afterwards. Was willing to write it off as just a freak coincidence, but last time marks time number 4 consecutively the food I ordered from here has made everyone who consumed it sick. Unsure if it's an issue of cleanliness or if the "meat" isn't properly stored, the food has always tasted fine, but does not sit well with anyone long-term.

  Ordered a Luxe Box and didn’t even receive my burrito. Giving this 2 stars instead of 3, because you would think with all the bad reviews they have about forgetting food, that they would try to make sure they don’t mess up. How do you not include a main meal (burrito) out of a combo? They gave me like 20 sauces aswell, which I’m not complaining about, but get my order right first before u give me sauces just because.

  Rude caucasian female worker at drive thru during nightime. Woman tried use AI to pull up my doordash order, but it only showed half of my order with no name. She then said something rude under her breathe with the window open, and when I asked what she said she ignored me and shut the window. When she opened it again I asked if she was speaking to me. She said something that barely sounded english then quickly shut the door again in my face. You can’t use AI and expect it to work and blame it on the customer when it doesn’t.

  Very happy kind and understanding people especially if there’s ever an issue with an order, happy to help and fix it or goes above and beyond. All crew member’s attitudes are great 1000/10 amazing people. HIGHLY recommend this location :)

  I got some cinnabon delights yesterday, specifically because I was afraid to get anything else because I've gotten food poisoning so many times in recent years at all kinds of different fast food places, so I thought they would be safe but apparently not. They were the only thing I ate over the last 2 or 3 days that could've gotten me sick. When I bit into them, the insides were cold, but I didn't think much of it and figured it was a non issue. I have no idea if this was a situation where they weren't cooked thoroughly (can that even happen with these?) or if it was a cross contamination issue, or what. Every time I've gone to taco bell in the last couple years, it's been terrible. Extremely overpriced, not well made at all especially for the price, and I've gotten sick from the food more times than not. I've stopped eating fast food almost entirely between the cost and how regularly I get food poisoning from these places, but am shocked that even something as simple as cinnabon delights could cause food poisoning as well. It's a shame because taco bell quesadillas are one of my all time favorite foods when made properly, but they are rarely made properly anymore and it's not worth the cost or the risk of illness.
