  Absolutely the slowest McDonald's on the planet. I was waiting for a very simple order for 20 minutes. Every person in the drive threw was told to park and eventually walked in because they were tired of waiting. Employees walking around doing nothing, all with entitled attitudes. Manager did care at all.

  All kiosks offline. Barely anyone working. Food is always messed up. Ownership needs to get it together

  If you go in to order it takes FOREVER to get ur food. And even tho it took so long it dont mean its gonna be hot or fresh. I have stood in there for like 30 mins or more and when I got my food it wasn't even hot. Just because its fast food dont mean you should get served cold food. Especially old cold fries. Like make it fresh. Don't give me my order and I have 3 old cold fries snd only one was fresh and hot thats so annoying. Besides the fact that its so bad for you but sometimes you have to get it. And when I do I WANT FRESH FOOD. ILL WAIT NO PROBLEM.

  It Was not the best experience when I visited. They have kiosks to order so they automatically do not want to take your order they want you to order at the kiosk. I only had cash so, I had to go to the cashier. It took a staff member a few minutes before he noticed that I was standing there, and looking to order. the location seemed very busy at the time that I went, but nonetheless, they should still be attentive to the patrons. when I asked the cashier if they had any cheese that I could add to my chicken sandwich meal he stated “no” I then asked “so what do you guys put on the burgers? “To which he answered “American cheese” so then I asked if I could add that to my meal. It seems like they are not very knowledgeable on what is available to order. When I received my order for some reason, the crewmember who retrieved my order, slammed my bag down on the counter and it seemed as if he was flustered. I’m not taking offense to it as much as I could, but they definitely should watch their mannerisms when being in a customer front facing environment. Overall McDonald’s food quality has went down I would never order a chicken sandwich again as it had a rubbery taste but the food was hot and fresh which I can appreciate from the kitchen staff. The location was clean on the interior and exterior as well as the bathrooms you can tell it’s very well kept. Seems like there is predominantly male staff.

  This McDonald’s experience was absolutely horrifying. The staff refused to take our order, spoke to us in a condescending, verbally aggressive way, and then deliberately ignored us as if we were invisible. I left feeling humiliated, shaken, and deeply disrespected — no one should be treated like that in public. This wasn’t a bad day at work; it was willful rudeness and a complete failure of basic decency and training. Management should be ashamed for allowing this behavior to continue. I’ve shared this with corporate and I will be warning friends and family to avoid this location until serious changes are made. Everyone working that day needs to be retrained or fired.
