Employees are rude. At the drive through they will take 5-6 orders and then pull the cars ahead, bring out their orders, rinse and repeat. They argue with you when you try to complain about this practice. You are waiting 20-30 minutes. Either they are low on staff (due to altered wait time practices to show a need) or they just don’t care. Store management does nothing. Corporate does nothing.

Went here to pick up a DoorDash order and the two employees refused to do anything. We sat at the drive thru for like 10-15 minutes being completely ignored, all while a prerecorded message kept telling us they’d “help us soon”.
When we eventually got tired of waiting because the order would have been late, we pulled up to the window… only to find the employee standing there, vaping! She then rudely opened the window and said “What do you need?” as if we dared to inconvenience her by expecting her to do her job. Absolutely ridiculous behavior and judging by the other reviews, this location should be closed permanently. Not to mention how gross it is to be vaping around peoples food without their knowledge/consent. 🤮
