Took forever to get anyone to take my order at the drive through. When we finally ordered we pulled up to the window and that kitchen obviously hasn't been cleaned in months. It was disgusting. Multiple people left the line and went somewhere else.

11/12/2025 2:42am lady in the drive thru has a very nasty attitude. Tells me to wait a few minutes so I did. About 15m goes by, so i tell her this and she says "YEAH, OKAY" really nasty response. I don't care how busy you are or how little they pay you, don't take your frustration out on the only customer sitting in the drive-thru that's been waiting 15 minutes

As the first car I waited in line 10 minutes at the drive thru and never had my order taken. Pulled out and left.

food is good but they're so annoying i literally just looked up to see if they're open and they were and they were "not taking any orders at this time" and wouldn't say why or when they would start so that made me and friend rly upset. last time they said we had to come inside bc drive thru takes too long which makes 0 sense

So, i’ll be completely honest. I don’t get Mcdonald’s all the time but I KNOW to avoid this specific one. Especially the drive thru.. The food I got was good in my opinion, now that being said as someone who currently works in food service, the staff member responsible for servicing the front desk was an absolute catastrophe. Airpod in 1 ear, disregarding customers at the front desk who I watched wait for upwards of 5 minutes before they were told in response to a question of anyone working the counter; “yes, but not right now.” Meanwhile she’s back there prepping meals for both the drive thru and people inside as well. I also watched someone who was already here and waiting before I even ordered wait an additional 10 MINUTES AFTER I got MY food just to be told they could not have ice cream b/c the machine is broken and it being a reward, no form of compensation was offered..even though you have to spend money to get those. Overall, food was alright but whoever works the front desk needs to be let go ASAP. She should not be working in food service. I do apologize for the intrusion of privacy but I feel as though the Owner needs to know specifically who was working the front when this was written.
