There was no one in front of me. It seems every time i go there it takes for ever to get an order. I believe i could drive from the south side of Binghamton to Upper Front St. or the Vestal location and back faster than I can get to place an order at the South Side location. When I told the male subject behind the counter that the service sucked he said "It Does."

(24 hours in advance via Door Dash) Rec’d a cancellation notice approx 30 minutes before delivery time. I called Dunkin location and they told me to call Door Dash. Door Dash informed me that the STORE had cancelled the order. I’m not the first person to call Door Dash about this store, according to the person who took my complaint. Reading prior reviews, this location seems to have difficulties with orders, service, and customer relations. Drive further or order elsewhere.

They give the they give the customers nasty looks while they're working. And the place is filthy. I'd rather drive all the way to vestal just to get my coffee and have a clean place to get my coffee at.
