  I've never had such a rude fast food worker in my life as I did at this dunkin. I normally wouldn't make negative reviews about a customer service worker because I get it, these jobs can suck, but this was actually insane. The man who took my order had an accent, but this wasn't the entire reason that I couldn't understand him. He was talking so insanely fast, I could barely hear him over the speaker and he could barely hear me despite me practically yelling so he could hear me. I had to have him repeat himself a few times because he was speaking so fast and so quietly, which just made him angry. He was being so condescending and rude, and was actually yelling at me for not understanding him. He did nothing to try to speak more clearly. Again, the accent wasn't really the issue, but speaking that fast and quietly on top of the accent makes it impossible to understand. That was actually an insane experience, I've never had anyone in customer service be this rude.

  The staff was really trying to be friendly and efficient during the morning rush. The donuts were not fresh and the cleanliness inside and outside of the building needs significant improvement.

  Place got better under the new management. But the tall kid ALWAYS messes up my order even though I had to repeat myself at the speaker 5 times for him to get it right, or I get to the window and he has no idea what I even ordered when I am the only one in line?
