    Order was incorrect and ice cold. The workers gave the sense that they were not happy to be there. While ordering, 3 different people spoke through the microphone which made it a bit confusing for everyone.

    Went for a caramel macchiato asked for less creamer not knowing it comes with milk and the lady said ok . Then when I receive it I point out it has alot creamer the lady says oh sir it doesn't come with creamer just milk . I wish she would of explained it at 1st when ordering. She didn't asked if I wanted fix or nothing so i just threw it out cause it takes all the coffee taste away . Plus ,food be tasting like if they dont change the oil or something .

    Went there today two (2) women passed out at the tables stood there for five (5) minutes and the male clerk completely ignored me when i asked if it was possible to get waited on I was told, "You have to wait your turn." There was no one in front of me. It seems every time i go there it takes for ever to get an order. I believe i could drive from the south side of Binghamton to Upper Front St. or the Vestal location and back faster than I can get to place an order at the South Side location. When I told the male subject behind the counter that the service sucked he said "It Does."
