  You’d think a place that just has to do two things right would get them right, but nope. Waited an eternity to get coffee and doughnuts at 4 pm. Coffee was BAD. I mean, spit it out bad. We all know what Dunkin coffee is supposed to taste like. So I don’t know what on earth they did to ruin this coffee, but I suspect it had been sitting on the burner for 4+ hours before they served us. Moreover, we ordered it with cream, and it came without cream. (The sticker on the side of the cup said “2 creams,” so they’d heard us right.) Discovered it after leaving, so we had to turn around on the busy road and go back for cream. I wish we’d asked for fresh coffee, too, but we didn’t know yet how bad it was. Meanwhile, the doughnuts were pretty stale. Seemed more like day old than day of. Just a total waste of 20 minutes and $10.

  I came in to get the free doughnut and bag, I ordered 2 drinks and tried to order a 3 and was told they were out of the 3rd drink. I ordered a dozen doughnuts which they had 6 of our favorite which is unusual. And was then told they were out of the bags. My number was called with only 2 drinks and when I asked about the 3rd drink was told off by an extremely rude employee that they all don’t come out at the same time just wait and when I voiced my concern was told some people need to learn patience. All I did was ask. When they gave the man before me 3 bags and 3 free doughnuts and the women after me a bag and a doughnut. I know I’m working on my patience and I thought I was doing well at being kind and not rude but I walked out crying after being treated this way. I will go out of my way to go somewhere else next time.
