    I never used to write reviews and I have to because of how bad everything turned lately. Ordered one everything bagel with cream cheese toasted. Waited 10 minutes in the drive-through line got a plain bagel that wasn’t even toasted. Not the first time either. It’s not hard to read a ticket I used to cook

    I normally use the Dunkin app before I go into work because of the place being so busy in the morning . Plus I usually don’t have time to wait any how. Well since I got a new card the app will not work for me, it gives me an error message during check out. So, I decided to call in my order . The woman that answered the phone was the worst!! She told me that she wouldn’t take my order over the phone because I wasn’t ordering a box of Joe or a large amount of doughnuts, despite me explaining the situation. This location used to be good. Not anymore!

    I went to Dunkin’ and had one of the worst experiences. The staff completely ignored me — they didn’t even take my order for several minutes while they were not busy. When they finally decided to help, everything took forever. No sense of urgency, no apology, just slow and inattentive service. I love Dunkin’s coffee, but this location seriously needs better management and training. Definitely not coming back ever again.
