- SDStephanie DoddsJan 2, 20264.0I came in to get the free doughnut and bag, I ordered 2 drinks and tried to order a 3 and was told they were out of the 3rd drink. I ordered a dozen doughnuts which they had 6 of our favorite which is unusual. And was then told they were out of the bags. My number was called with only 2 drinks and when I asked about the 3rd drink was told off by an extremely rude employee that they all don’t come out at the same time just wait and when I voiced my concern was told some people need to learn patience. All I did was ask. When they gave the man before me 3 bags and 3 free doughnuts and the women after me a bag and a doughnut. I know I’m working on my patience and I thought I was doing well at being kind and not rude but I walked out crying after being treated this way. I will go out of my way to go somewhere else next time.

Well since I got a new card the app will not work for me, it gives me an error message during check out. So, I decided to call in my order . The woman that answered the phone was the worst!! She told me that she wouldn’t take my order over the phone because I wasn’t ordering a box of Joe or a large amount of doughnuts, despite me explaining the situation. This location used to be good. Not anymore!
