I waited in line with only one person ahead of me for about 10 minutes, and not a single order was taken — we weren’t even acknowledged. There was no drive-thru line, just a few people coming in and out for mobile orders, so there’s no excuse for the delay. When someone finally did speak, she rudely said it would be another 10 minutes before she could take our order. I ended up leaving. Absolutely unacceptable service.

I ordered on the app both times I went. Last week when I went they messed up my coffee completely giving me the wrong kind. They also didn’t toast the bread for my sandwich and the egg was cold. Today I went and they didn’t toast the bread for my avocado toast and they also didn’t put bacon crumbles on it like I ordered. I don’t recommend this Dunkin.

When she finally told me she raised her voice with attitude. Had attitude every time I told her I was ordering more, because every time I ordered something she said “is that it?” In a rude tone. Don’t recommend going there on the weekends. M-F staff is usually great.
