I ordered Parmesan Bread Bites, waited patiently for my food, and was told the first batch had fallen on the floor — mistakes happen, so I waited again while they made a new one. But when I finally received my order, I found two hairs and even an insect inside the bread bites. That’s beyond disgusting and clearly shows a total lack of hygiene in the kitchen. I immediately contacted Domino’s Customer Support and even provided every detail they asked for. It’s now been several days, and despite all their promises, no one has offered any real apology or compensation. They clearly don’t care about their customers’ health or satisfaction. This experience completely ruined my trust in Domino’s. I’ll think twice before ever ordering from this location again, and I strongly urge others to check their food carefully before eating. Absolutely unacceptable behavior from a brand I used to respect.
