  EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to this restaurant, they screw up my order. I’ll get upset and won’t go there for months and then I give then another chance. And yet again, they screw up! Tonight, I get 45 minutes away from Arby’s, to my home. Hadn’t ate all day. Pulled out my jalapeño poppers, and instead of Bronco Berry sauce, I was given marinara sauce! Seriously?! Last time, I order mozzy sticks and chicken tenders. Got to school and I only had mozzy sticks! Arby’s still hasn’t made that right either! And I use the “Contact Us” every time to provide feedback and hopefully get my money back. But apparently not.

  Ordering the food was an easy process. My husband got an unsweetened tea with his meal, which left much to be desired. There was no ice, and he said "it tastes like pencils". Now, my husband loves unsweetened tea, so for him to say that...Just wow. I orded two honey mustard chicken wraps, no lettuce. After getting home and unwrapping mine, I noticed they gave me two chicken sliders with what I can assume is cheese. Not what I ordered at all. To pay almost $35 for dinner, to it not being right or tasting good is ridiculous. Never going there again. Highway robbery at its finest.

  Definitely got food poisoning from here after getting a sandwich earlier. I'm so sick of how these fast food restaurant workers don't know how to prepare and store food properly. I know it's a minimum wage job but come on.
