- LLLin Laz6 days ago4.0I ordered iced coffee, plain old iced coffee. And a hot chocolate with whipped cream. I was pleasantly surprised to receive those items while online but then of course it took another 20 minutes to get out of line, but I'm okay with that because they had screwed up both drinks. Once I got up to the front of the line and explained that I just needed extra sugar in the iced coffee and some whipped cream in the hot chocolate, they informed me that they could not do that they had to remake the drinks. That makes no sense but okay, I know some places are like that they can't take back the drinks. But then it took an additional 20 minutes to make an iced coffee and a hot chocolate with whipped cream, when I asked why it was taking so long I was told that I had to wait for all the other orders to be processed and made that went ahead of mine. I said but I already waited and she said I don't know what to tell you. She was very nice but that's what management told her. I won't be returning it's definitely not worth it for the money.

Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but she absolutely deserves recognition. Despite standing outside in the freezing cold temperatures, she greeted me with genuine kindness and a bright, uplifting spirit. Her warmth and positivity truly stood out and made my day. She was a blonde team member taking orders around 4:45 PM, and if her manager sees this, please know that her amazing personality and work ethic shine through effortlessly. She deserves her flowers!
