  Walked in Dunkin an placed a order for a large iced matcha, was have way through speaking my order and the manager behind the counter Olivia cut me dead off sentence when placing order saying anything else.. zero respect. I asked them nicely to put extra ice in it because I couldn’t finish what I wanted to say because I was rudely cut off mid sentence, and this is what I got , went way over the top and filled it to to the point where Ice is coming off the top , I couldn’t understand but thought how rude that was coming from someone who used to work at Dunkin for a while , she dragged it to the point , would never treat customers like this , zero starts for that manager her actions were rude and disrespectful I’ve heard multiple complaints about her from other people , shouldn’t work in customer service if you can’t treat customers right. 🤌🏻

  2 dunking in 2 days never again 1st day muffin stale terrible in warsaw ny 2nd day bagel so hard thru it away that was in bergan ny unreal never again

  Awesome Dunkin' food, well decorated donuts, excellent service! The eating area inside is quaint and cute, and the gas station is rustic-modern & adorable. Enclosed outdoor seating area if it's a nice day! 🌤️

  The service was quick, clean establishment BUT WHY is it when I order a drink for over $6 and I request "less ice" the employees take it upon themselves to short my drink?!?! I ask for less ice bcuz NO ONE wants to have more than a half of cup of ice sitting around almost 2hrs after the beverage is gone. I'm paying for a drink and service NOT ice.
