- MGMak GallagherAug 30, 20251.0waited 25 minutes for a donut while it was busy. when i walked up and said how long id been waiting, the lady told me i should’ve walked up before because they didn’t see the slip. i had waited for the massive line to die down before walking up. she acted like it was my fault she didn’t see the paper for it and got an attitude about it. i wasn’t mad, just saying i’d waited long enough to where i figured it’d got missed. her response- “well next time walk up sooner because we don’t usually see the papers for them. you should’ve walked up here when you came in for them.” okay? not my problem. if i do a mobile order, it should all get seen and put out at the same time. my order said complete on the screen and disappeared. pay attention more maybe. if she’d been nice about it i wouldn’t have cared- but acting like it was my fault i waited that long (because it was busy) and you missed something is stupid. i know you guys get busy, but just admit when you made a mistake rather than blaming the customer for not walking up.
