Staff is always fast and efficient, and the old fashioned cake donuts legitimately taste soft and delicious, which is rare at any other Dunkin location I've been to. I don't know how they do it, but the quality of the donuts and baked goods at this location is actually great, unlike most others where it's day-old and stale. They also always have at least 4 people working behind the counter, even despite the tiny space there. I never wait long for breakfast sandwiches to be ready to go.

I’m not the type to complain because I myself understand how busy it can get, but when I walked in to get my order, the costumer service was absolutely terrible. They were insanely rude and all they did was fool around with each-other, blasted very loud music and made the whole situation so much more obnoxious. If hell breaks loose and there even is a next time I stop by this location, I hope they can do their job and make my drink this time. Oh and, the latte was disgusting, so milky.
