- RORebekah OrtizSep 8, 20251.0Owner is rude and profiles people. Would not tell me her name after making discriminatory remarks. Her name badge said Joy. Come to find out she is the owner. Such a hate filled place does not belong in beacon. If you need a basic sandwich despite the tons of better places to go in beacon, go to the key food deli one block over. They have better selection, variety and prices, since she also refuses to honor coupons. One person also stated they got food poisoning from this place, the review is on here as well.
- CCChrisAug 14, 20251.0The owner is not very friendly, lack of staff or there of says a lot too! I paid over $20 for two footlongs which is wild. The bread was not fresh at all neither were the veggies and meat. Not to mention you can’t even see the area where the meats are stored!! She used the same gloves she prepared a sandwhich in to use the register and then never changed them to continue making sandwiches! I’ve been here twice, before and after the renovation. I was hoping it’d be a lot better after the renovation but NOPE. Will avoid this subway entirely for the rest of its existence! Hopefully one day soon a new owner will take over or it’s gone for good.
