  20 minutes with a long line of baseball players waiting to order their food. Ordered on app so waited another 30min for the food

  Picking up food in the driveway always takes more than half an hour, which is a very bad experience and very unprofessional.

  Cashier Marygane didnt understand my name then people didnt respect my wife waiting for restroom. Tried to break her for bathroom. Bad experience discrimanation is serious in this area

  The staff here was a bit distracted. They missed the cup at first and I had to ask for it, which wasn't a big deal. However, I later found that they forgot to put the chicken nuggets into the bag. Make sure to check your order before you leave.

  I put in a mobile order at 5:56pm. Arrived around 6:15pm. Never once was I greeted/acknowledged. This has been the case multiple times. The employees seem scattered and unorganized. Customers are just standing there looking at each other wondering why the wait time is so long and why no one says hello. I finally got my order at 6:25pm. The worker just handed me the bag without thanking me for my business. The sauce for my nuggets were also left out. I'm writing this review in the hopes that management will correct what is happening at this location. If this continues you're going to lose customers. Take a look at the video footage and you'll see exactly what is going on.
