- ILImani LouisJan 28, 20261.0First time ever going to tropical smoothie and I am just so disappointed. I asked for the bahama bowl, and no coconut because I am allergic. The young lady informs me that, there’s coconut in the base, so I ask for the BASE, that’s it the BASE to be changed to açaí. Keep the pineapple and other fruit the same and extra honey. Why do I leave, to get on the LIRR, to head to school and I see that, they gave me the regular açaí bowl. As you can see it has bananas in it, I hate bananas, it wasn’t what I asked for at all. Mind you the girl repeated what I wanted back to me, which makes no sense. On God never again and I hate when people play with my food when I’m hungry, especially when I give clear instructions. I’m not in the bayside area regularly, was just passing by today, on my way to manhattan for school and now I can’t get a refund. So disappointed.

Today, the staff asked for my name 3 times despite very few people in the store, all of them looking disorganized. When I was handed my food and told that my smoothie will be ready soon, the same employee placed the smoothie with other orders at the staff's counter instead of just calling my name and giving the drink directly to me. As that staff member walked away, I patiently waited for another staff member to look up from her phone to notice that I was waiting, and she finally handed me my smoothie. Also, as I walked to sit down, I saw a centipede crawling around the floor.
